Contract | Days | Monday 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Tuesday 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting
• Manage an expected caseload of approximately 10 patient visits per day
• Complete clinical documentation using Epic EMR
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and patient goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of West Virginia or eligibility to obtain
• Valid, unexpired driver's license — a copy must be provided at time of submission
• Any background hits or criminal history must be disclosed at time of submission
• Compliance with facility infection control standards — no false/artificial nails permitted
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior acute care physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Epic EMR documentation system
• Ability to manage a high-volume patient caseload efficiently
