A day in this role

You arrive for your shift, review the work order, and set up entry-level equipment using established SOPs. Throughout the day you rotate between assembly, testing, press room, welding, paint line, and material handling. You transfer product between stations, assemble components, and complete quality inspections. You count, label, and handle small parts accurately, watch for defects, and correct quality issues as they arise. You document your work, keep your area clean, and partner with teammates around Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. You follow plant safety rules and company policies, maintain inventory accuracy through proper tracking, and assist others as needed. Every task is performed in alignment with Our Philosophy and all legal, ethical, and contractual standards. When priorities shift, you adapt and perform other duties as assigned by a lead or supervisor.

Schedule options
  • 2nd Shift : Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:00 pm
  • 3rd Shift : Monday–Friday, 10:00 pm–6:00 am

Shifts may include rotation.

Core responsibilities

  • Follow plant safety rules, policies, and procedures; maintain safety standards at all times.
  • Set up and operate equipment per SOPs to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Perform production-line tasks: product transfer, parts assembly, and quality inspections.
  • Run entry-level equipment and follow detailed instructions to manufacture quality parts safely.
  • Detect, address, and prevent defects and quality issues.
  • Count, label, and handle small parts with precision.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and follow tracking procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Assist teammates as needed; perform other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.
  • Conduct all duties in line with Our Philosophy and legal, ethical, and contractual standards.
  • Rotate through assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room, and paint line operations.
