Job Overview: All aspects of recruitment and hiring processes On-boarding and off-boarding processes Employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, investigating and resolving any employee concerns Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Identifies and coordinate company-level training requirements Maintains accurate applicant and employee records Assists employees with all benefit programs, coordinating the benefits open enrollment cycle Manages the full-cycle, semi-monthly payroll process. Job Qualifications: 4 Year College Degree, Human resource Management or related field Prefer 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management role Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR credential is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others This is an in-office position with occasional travel Triad Machinery offers a generous benefit package.
